Where are you from? Born in PA, but grew up in Brevard since 1985

What’s the best part of the job? I own a mobile bartending company and mainly do weddings with an open bar, so people’s reaction when you give them a drink and they don’t have to give you money, it is the best.

The worst? Collecting 200 highball and wine glasses from a venue after an event.

What is your drink of choice? Is this pre or post White Claws? JK. Vodka & Juice or tonic/soda

Can you recommend a hangover cure? Wake up in the evening

Most overrated / underrated drink? Overrated = Sex on the Beach (mainly because people laugh because it has the word sex in it)

What’s the funniest pickup line you’ve overheard while on the job? “That should be us up there” (points to altar)

Favorite perks of being a bartender? You make a lot of new friends when you’re the only thing standing between them and booze.

Where do you spend your time on the other side of the bar? Debauchery will always be a go to but haven’t been going often lately. Salty Fox is cool too.

Tell us a quick horror story about a bartending mistake you’ve made. I got a pint glass stuck in a shaker tin and tried for a week to get them apart without breaking the glass. Gave up and had to throw out 8 ounces of tequila, a shaker tin and a pint glass.

What is the hottest beachy Spring Break drink to order this month? SEX ON THE BEACH!!!

What is number one on your travel bucket list? I would love to go visit my cousin who is running a business in Nicaragua!

What’s the strangest thing to happen while on the job? One time we had a huge 800 person event down in Vero Beach and we bought and went through every bottle of margarita mix within a 10-mile radius!

What have you drank so much of you swear you’d never drink again? Nothing yet!

If you could serve any celebrity, dead or alive, who would it be and what would you serve them? It would have to be my late grandma Wilma (she was a celebrity in her own right) and I would serve her an entire bottle of champagne, and a Virginia Slim.

What is your biggest pet peeve while tending bar? When a pint glass gets stuck in a shaker tin, with tequila in it!

Coolest location you bartended? My mobile bar company has brought me all over Florida, but the coolest place was a reception at a client’s private cabana on the beach, down south at night.

Words of wisdom? Take an Uber or a Lyft, it will save you 9,982 dollars
